About YourTalentMap™

Go Beyond Skills. Discover Your Purpose.

YourTalentMap™ brings the revolutionary Geniotipo Method to you. Developed by creator Tony Estruch in collaboration with the psychologist Adrià Trujillo, it’s not another personality test. It’s a map to your innate, natural talents.

Science-Backed and Validated
Grounded in psychology and neuroscience, the Geniotipo Method was scientifically validated by the University of Barcelona in a 2023 study with over 13,000 participants.

A Tool for Positive Change
This methodology is so impactful it now forms the basis of the non-profit Geniotipo Foundation, dedicated to use this method to transform:

  • Education & Schools

  • Talent Mapping in Organizations

  • Teen Mental Health

  • Work Integration Programs

YourTalentMap™ is built to do just that: help individuals and teams connect with what they were naturally meant to do, not just what they can

"The highest level of happiness comes from applying one’s strengths and virtues to causes that benefit other people "

Since 2024, the Geniotipo Foundation and the psychotherapy center Centro Besai are investing €70,000 in a clinical study aimed at improving adolescent mental health by helping teens aged 14 to 17 discover their innate talents and define meaningful life goals. Registered on ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT06473155), the study uses psychological tools like the Eyme platform to guide participants toward their “ideal self,” based on constructivist theory.

This research targets the prevention of a range of common mental health challenges in young adults and teens,:

  • Adolescent anxiety disorders

  • Teen depression, self-harm and mood disorders

  • Sleep problems in teenagers

  • Low self-esteem in youth

  • Existential crisis in adolescents

  • Suicidal thoughts and behavior in teens

  • Motivational issues and lack of life direction

By combining constructivist psychotherapy, individualized treatment, and career/vocational orientation, this research aims to demonstrate that developing a personal life project can significantly reduce mental health risks and promote long-term emotional resilience. This marks a major step forward in teen mental health prevention through purpose-driven, individualized therapy.

I’ve always been drawn to stories that wake something up in people. For years, I worked in the film industry, especially in documentary — I always loved sharing ideas that bring awareness and inspire change.

That same passion for meaningful transformation eventually led me to the Geniotipo Method — a science-based tool that helps people understand their innate strengths and how those can guide them toward more fulfilling paths.

What started as a personal curiosity quickly became something deeper. After taking the test and seeing how clearly it reflected my nature, I decided to train as a certified Geniotipo coach. I was especially drawn to the tool when I discovered it was being studied in clinical trials as a way to prevent mental health issues in teenagers — showing its potential not just for guidance, but for real impact.

Now, through YourTalentMap™, I help teens, students, and professionals reconnect with what makes them feel most alive — so they can make decisions with more clarity, confidence, and joy.
